Capitolis is seeking a highly motivated Business Management Analyst to support our Capital Marketplace team. In this role, you will help strengthen the infrastructure that powers our Capital Marketplace solutions—from early ideation to full program launch. You'll work closely with teams across the organization to drive operational excellence, support leadership priorities, and help bring innovative financial solutions to life. This position is five days in-office and is based in our New York City headquarters—just one block from Bryant Park and Grand Central.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Capital Marketplace team in driving end-to-end delivery of solutions, from idea generation to program launch.
  • Lead and coordinate the client onboarding process across multiple teams, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Sales, Structuring, Execution, Operations, and Investor Marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide support to Capital Marketplace leadership on a variety of ad hoc projects.
  • Partner with the Heads of Product, Product Engineering, and Engineering by organizing joint meetings, preparing reports, presentation materials, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Serve as a go-to resource to the Director, Capital Marketplace Business Management, supporting a broad range of strategic and operational priorities.
  • Help plan and execute various internal forums, which may include risk management, pipeline management, strategic solutions, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate and support the timely and accurate delivery of Capital Marketplace responses to internal, external, and regulatory audits, examinations, and requests for information.
  • Collaborate with Capital Marketplace team to review and update departmental work instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and enhance collaboration across teams, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks in an opaque and evolving landscape of priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a global and complex work setting across various departments, career levels, and perspectives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Asana, Python, and Jira

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

The target annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 – $125,000 and is dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills. In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role includes an annual discretionary bonus and company equity. This role is also eligible to participate in company-sponsored benefits and perks.
