About Coralogix

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data at scale. We are a high-growth, 100M+ ARR business building the revenue infrastructure to match our ambition. The companies winning right now are not the ones with the biggest sales teams — they are the ones with the smartest revenue systems. This team builds those systems.

Role Overview

This is a builder role. You will own the automation and AI layer of our GTM Engineering stack — designing and deploying the workflows that make our revenue engine intelligent, automated, and self-improving. You will work with workflow orchestration tooling (currently n8n), LLM-based AI development tools (currently Claude Code), and a Snowflake-powered data foundation.

Equally important: you are expected to stay current with the automation and AI tooling landscape and proactively evaluate alternatives. If you find a better orchestration platform, a more capable AI coding tool, or an integration approach that meaningfully outperforms what we are using today — bring the case. Tool recommendations based on evidence are a core part of this role.

Your success metric is straightforward: how many manual GTM processes have you eliminated this quarter? Every workflow you build should free up time for sellers, provide better intelligence for leaders, and improve the accuracy of our forecasting and pipeline systems.

What you will build

Automation & AI Workflows

  • Design and deploy AI-enabled automation workflows across the GTM stack using workflow orchestration tooling (n8n is our current platform — evaluate and recommend alternatives as appropriate)
  • Build LLM-powered tools for pre-call research, deal intelligence, pipeline gap analysis, and automated executive briefings — using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or equivalent
  • Integrate LLM capabilities into operational revenue workflows — prompt engineering, output parsing, confidence scoring
  • Build Gong engagement gap alerts, forecast variance analysis workflows, and SE utilization tracking automations
  • Develop and maintain event-driven, API-to-API integration patterns connecting Salesforce, Gong, Snowflake, Slack, and Marketo

Internal Tools & Applications

  • Rapidly prototype and ship internal GTM tools using AI-accelerated development — Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent AI coding assistants
  • Build lightweight frontend interfaces for internal sales and revenue teams where self-service replaces manual requests
  • Develop backend services and APIs to extend CRM and GTM platforms beyond their native capabilities

Revenue Infrastructure

  • Build services for pipeline analysis, forecasting support, and deal intelligence that feed leadership dashboards and regional reporting
  • Develop data pipelines and transformations that move GTM events from source systems into Snowflake for downstream analytics
  • Design compounding automation systems — each workflow built on shared logic and data foundations so value multiplies over time

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of backend engineering experience — Python, Node.js, or similar as primary language
  • Strong experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation and orchestration tools — n8n, Zapier, Workato, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, GPT-based tools) as a core part of development workflow — not experimentation
  • Frontend development experience (React or similar) — sufficient to ship functional internal tools independently
  • Experience working with Salesforce APIs and platform integrations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern deployment workflows
  • Strong data modeling and database knowledge; experience working with or querying Snowflake a plus
  • Ability to leverage LLMs for prototyping, debugging, and workflow automation design
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

The Non Negotiables

  • You use AI tools every day in your development workflow — not occasionally
  • You can point to automations you built that measurably eliminated manual work
  • You are comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously without losing track of data integrity
  • You ship fast, iterate based on feedback, and do not wait for perfect requirements

Cultural Fit

We’re seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart. Coralogix fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to our shared mission. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of observability solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Coralogix is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
