Description
Cynet, a fast-growing company that offers Managed All-in-One Cybersecurity Platform, is looking for a Success Manager to drive customer success, adoption, and growth in the SMB segment.
As part of the Customer Success team, you will focus on the customer journey, including deployment, onboarding, and renewal, with the goal of driving adoption and growth. You will work closely with partners (MSSPs, MSPs, resellers, distributors) and end customers to ensure a seamless experience.
What will you do
- Own new account onboarding, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Nurture customer relationships through ongoing communication, periodic meetings, cadence calls, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- Collaborate with Cynet’s partner ecosystem and sales teams to support customer success and retention.
- Analyze problems, investigate issues, and provide timely solutions while meeting SLAs.
- Proactively monitor product usage to help customers optimize their security operations and maximize value.
- Work closely with internal teams (Support, R&D, Product) to ensure quick issue resolution and reflect customer feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct client-facing experience in a tech environment, preferably in cybersecurity.
- knowledge of the Italian partner ecosystem (MSSPs, MSPs, resellers, distributors).
- Technical literacy, with the ability to discuss technical aspects with internal teams and problem-solve.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical thinking, using data to identify trends and improve customer outcomes.
- Experience with BI and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Business proficiency in Italian and English (Spanish is an advantage).
- Must be based in Italy and willing to travel when needed.
