Description

Cynet is seeking an Alliance Manager & Strategic Channel professional who will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and channel initiatives that enhance our market presence and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive industry experience to identify, engage, and nurture key alliances while optimizing channel performance to ensure mutual success and growth.

What will you do

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Carriers and VARs in Italy.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the channel.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Align with the global team to ensure the Italian channel strategy is in sync with company objectives.
  • Provide strong support to partners to accelerate sales growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 10 years in the Cyber Security industry, with a strong background in Channel development and management.
  • Established Network: Extensive contacts within the Carrier, Telco, and VAR sectors in the Italian market.
  • Commercial & Strategic Skills:
  • Developing strategic partnerships with Carriers and VARs.
  • Creating and managing channel programs focused on business growth and synergy between partners.
  • Ability to negotiate complex contracts and partnership agreements.
  • Technical & Market Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of Cyber Security solutions, emerging threats, and the specific security needs of Carriers and VARs.
  • Familiarity with XDR, MDR, EDR solutions, and security ecosystems for Telco and MSPs.
  • Results-Driven Approach:
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through channel sales.
  • Experience managing pipeline and forecasting for scalable business growth.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with high-level partners.
  • Proactive mindset and problem-solving approach.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Languages:
  • Fluent Italian and professional English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Travel Requirement: 50% of the time.
