We are seeking a highly qualified Director of IT / IT Manager to drive IT strategy and execution across our global organization. The role ensures scalable, secure technology operations while remaining hands-on, and reports directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global IT strategy, work plans, and track outcomes
• Plan, manage, and optimize the IT budget
• Oversee a distributed team and vendor partners across North America, Europe, and Israel
• Lead end-to-end vendor selection and management to ensure reliable service and SLAs
• Drive operational excellence through hands-on leadership, ensuring resilient systems, infrastructure, and support
• Partner with InfoSec to embed security by design across IT infrastructure, and support audits/certifications (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, etc.)
• Work closely with Legal to ensure regulatory alignment

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT leadership roles managing teams.
• Proven ability to lead a global IT team (highly advantageous)
• Adaptive, self-starter with hands-on approach, strong communication, planning, and vendor management skills
• Strong hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and enterprise applications
• Experience migrating development environments and email/Exchange servers to the cloud as well as strengthening Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and redundancy across systems.
• Proven experience in financial oversight of IT budgets and cost accountability.
