Description
The Regional Sales Manager – Poland is responsible for developing and expanding Cynet’s presence in the Polish market, operating with full accountability and in alignment with company standards, policies, and expectations.
What will you do
- Develop, manage, and grow Cynet’s business across the Polish territory, with a focus on Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Public Sector customers
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent execution and accurate forecasting
- Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with distributors, resellers, VARs, and MSPs in Poland
- Drive partner enablement activities, joint planning initiatives, and channel growth programs
- Lead all customer-facing activities, including meetings, presentations, needs analysis, negotiations, and proposal management
- Coordinate demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) in collaboration with the technical and sales engineering teams
- Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Support, and Management to ensure alignment and effective execution across the region
- Represent the company at local events, conferences, partner engagements, and customer meetings, strengthening brand visibility and market presence
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall regional growth and business objectives
- Provide regular and accurate reporting on pipeline, activities, and forecasts through company systems (e.g. CRM)
- Operate in full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, sales methodologies, and brand guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum of 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the cybersecurity industry
- Strong knowledge of the channel ecosystem, with hands-on experience working with VARs (Value Added Resellers) and MSPs (Managed Service Providers)
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale a territory through both direct and channel-led sales models
- Experience managing complex sales cycles within Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Public Sector environments
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
