DustPhotonics, a leading manufacturer of silicon photonic devices, is looking to hire a Logistics and Shipping Specialist.

We are looking for a Logistics & Shipping Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our global shipments, reporting directly to the Company Logistics Manager.

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and/or international shipping.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
• Proven experience managing customs clearance processes in multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of international shipping processes and required documentation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• High-level English (written and spoken).

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage international shipments end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Work directly with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers worldwide.
• Handle global customs clearance processes, including all required documentation.
• Implement and maintain logistics procedures across company warehouses (WHs).
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time arrivals.
• Work hands-on with ERP systems for shipment tracking and documentation.
• Prepare shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, under the guidance of the Logistics Manager.
