Requirements

Required previous experience:

  • Advantage: Experience with data analysis, statistics, and relevant Software tools.
  • Advantage: Experience with Semi-conductor devices study and material Analysis

Required Skills:

  • Good Theoretical understanding of photonics, semiconductor devices and Statistical analysis.
  • Advantage: Experience with coding in Python environment.
  • Advantage: Experience with planning and execution of experiments and Data analysis.
  • Advantage: Hands-on experience in Lab work and electrical/Optical testing

Education:

  • B.Sc/Msc in Physics or engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Implement electro-optical test plans for products under development or qualification.
  • Support testing and characterization stations in the RND labs.
  • Develop and improve methods for testing and characterization of Silicon photonics devices.
  • Analyze Test data and DOE results to provide vital insight into the development of innovative silicon photonics products.
  • Support cross-functional failure investigations to identify root cause and corrective and preventative action.
