Exodigo is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant
As an EA, you will support our CEO and other senior executives in the Israel office. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage complex international schedules across multiple time zones. Oversee all planning for team events, including key meetings and strategic events.
- Collaborate closely with executives to maintain organizational cadence by drafting agendas for leadership meetings, managing follow-up actions, and ensuring smooth task execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by integrating seamlessly into the day-to-day business operations of the executive team, contributing to strategic alignment.
- Manage special projects to support the CEO’s strategic initiatives. Improve operational processes and drive new strategies for scalability and efficiency across teams.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, especially regarding internal operations and client data.
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them to avoid disruptions in the executive’s workflow and operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an EA, with preference given to experience in startup companies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including U.S. business hours.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and act proactively.
