Job description
Exodigo Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial, Payroll, Procurements and Account Receivables for our U.S. operations. As part of a fast-growing company revolutionizing subsurface exploration, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative projects across utilities, transportation, and government sectors. This role will be performed remotely and will report directly to the Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights that inform strategic decisions and business growth opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals, ensuring long-term sustainability.
- Lead and manage all financial and accounting functions for U.S. operations.
- Oversee payroll processes through third-party systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution.
- Collaborate with global finance teams and business departments to align financial strategies.
- Oversee the statutory tax filings, including sales tax compliance and other regulatory requirements.
- Generate accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Drive process improvements by leveraging advanced digital platforms such as NetSuite and BI tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of finance or accounting experience; remote work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise required).
- Experience with government/A&E procurement processes is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently while effectively managing time and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP standards and relevant tax regulations.
- Experience with Financial aspect of projects
- Experience with ERP- (NetSuite is high advantage)
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000
