Job description
As our PMO Finance Operations, you'll work closely with the CFO to manage cross organization project deliverables. This role is a unique blend of finance and project coordination—ideal for someone early in their career looking to grow into a strategic and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project and Financial Coordination
o Maintain and update project plans, budgets, and status dashboards spanning both regions.
o Track operations and financial metrics; alert stakeholders to deviations or risks.
Governance & Reporting
o Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, financial summaries, and project overviews.
o Ensure compliance with financial project tracking and internal process standards.
Meeting & Stakeholder Support
o Schedule and coordinate cross-regional meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
Tool & Documentation Management
o Manage project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel) and central repositories.
o Log risks, issues, and financial variances—highlight critical items to the CFO.
Process Improvement
o Suggest improvements for templates, reporting, workflows and processes
Cross-functional Liaison
o Collaborate with Finance, Business, Tech, and Ops teams in Israel and the U.S. to align efforts and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or similar.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, finance operations, PMO, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; Hebrew proficiency is advantageous.
- Exposure to cross-border collaboration (especially U.S.–Israel) is highly valued.
- Certifications such as CAPM or foundational Agile knowledge are a bonus.
