Job description
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Enablement to support our growing sales organization. This role is a blend of traditional sales operations and business analyst responsibilities, designed to drive sales effectiveness, improve data accuracy, and support enablement activities. The ideal candidate is process-driven, comfortable working with CRM and analytics tools, and eager to partner with sales and marketing teams to maximize results.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Sales Process Support
- Assist in defining pipeline processes and HubSpot CRM automations. Partner with internal technical resources to scope and implement workflow/automation changes.
- Support pipeline management and forecasting processes.
- Support development and documentation of sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Managing tenders in the field of infrastructure detection, including identifying relevant opportunities, handling the submission of required documentation, and leading both internal and external interfaces with clients
- Train sales team members on CRM usage, sales technology tools, and process updates. Support adoption and consistent usage of sales tools across the team.
- Support CRM data management to ensure pipeline accuracy, completeness, and hygiene.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one pipeline reviews with each sales rep to validate and maintain CRM accuracy.
Analytics & Reporting
- Define requirements for Power BI sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline. Collaborate with internal resources who will build reports/dashboards, ensuring alignment with sales team needs.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from sales leadership.
Sales Enablement Support
- Assist sales reps with lead generation, outreach, conference preparation, and presentation support.
- Support the development and organization of sales collateral, templates, and playbooks.
- Coordinate with Marketing to align on collateral, campaigns, and other sales-related requests.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and technical teams to streamline tools and processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting, and enablement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales operations, business analyst, or related role (preferably in a technology or professional services environment).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot and Monday experience strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to train, coach, and support a sales team.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving orientation.
