Job description
As a Full-Stack Developer (AI-Accelerated) at Exodigo, you’ll play a key role in shaping our internal tools and platforms. This role is not a classic R&D product engineering role. Instead, you’ll join an high-impact team within the CTO organization, focused on creating internal platforms and tools that elevate our employees’ day-to-day work.
In this role you’ll design and deliver internal solutions end-to-end, leveraging cutting-edge AI development environments and frameworks like MCP, AI Agents, Cursor, Claude Cloud, Lovable, base44, and more. Your features will be built quickly, shipped fast, and used internally within days—not months. You’ll work directly with the CTO, founders, product, and design teams, with the freedom to experiment and the trust to own projects from zero to MVP and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship internal tools and features end-to-end, from backend logic to polished UI.
- Leverage AI-assisted dev tools (MCP, Agents, Cursor, Claude Cloud, Lovable, base44, etc.) to accelerate development without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborate with the CTO, founders, product, and design to solve real internal challenges.
- Rapidly translate internal product ideas into working solutions that scale.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a developer in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in modern web frameworks (React, Next.js or similar) and backend languages (Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as MCP, AI Agents, Cursor, Claude Cloud (and others)
- Comfortable with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Proven ability to turn product requirements into working features with minimal handholding.
- Bonus: you’ve built projects solo or in small teams using AI coding assistants.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- An eye for UX and design polish.
