Job description

We’re looking for an experienced General Counsel to lead all legal, compliance, and governance functions across our fast-growing high-tech organization.

As a key member of the executive team, you’ll shape our legal strategy, protect our intellectual property, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide the company through complex commercial and corporate matters. You’ll partner closely with leadership to enable innovation, growth, and global expansion—while safeguarding the company’s integrity and long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the chief legal advisor to the CEO, Board, and leadership team.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-border legal team, fostering collaboration across global jurisdictions.
  • Lead all corporate governance and compliance programs across global operations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including SaaS, partnership, and vendor contracts.
  • Manage and expand the company’s intellectual property portfolio—patents, trademarks, and licensing.
  • Support M&A transactions, investments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee employment and labor matters, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with finance, HR, and product teams to balance legal integrity and business agility.
  • Manage external counsel and direct internal investigations or litigation as needed.

Requirements

  • JD or equivalent law degree and active license to practice.
  • 10–15 years of progressive legal experience, with in-house leadership in a tech or high-growth environment.
  • A proactive, commercially driven attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team, ideally across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong background in corporate, commercial, and technology law.
  • Strategic business acumen and a deep understanding of how legal decisions impact growth and operations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated experience in a global or international company.
