About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. As a member of our QA team, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects while working collaboratively with talented professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
  2. Automation Execution: Execute automated test suites to identify defects, debug and investigate issues, ensure software quality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes.
  3. Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to validate software changes and updates, ensuring that existing functionality remains intact.
  4. Defect Management: Identify, report, and track defects using issue tracking systems, and collaborate with developments, product managers, and architects to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or another related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA automation engineering.
  • Familiarity with programming script languages including Java.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger, as well as async events testing tools like Conduktor.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
