Position Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Salesforce Administrator to elevate our Marketing team. You'll power up our marketing efforts, fine-tune automation tools, and launch campaigns that drive real business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration, functionality, and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce, including platform administration, data accuracy, system configuration, and Flow automation to streamline business processes, lead routing, and sales handoffs.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot to execute campaigns, automate workflows, improve lead management, and support lead nurturing strategies.
- Develop, implement, and refine lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, and nurturing workflows to optimize conversion rates and enhance marketing efficiency.
- Work closely with SDRs and sales teams to refine lead qualification, scoring, and enrichment strategies for improved sales alignment.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, including data integrity, deduplication, and synchronization between Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Develop and manage Salesforce and HubSpot reports and dashboards, tracking key marketing KPIs, lead performance, and campaign impact to drive informed decision-making.
- Leverage BI tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar) to provide advanced marketing analytics and actionable insights.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
- Drive process automation and operational efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and improve scalability across teams.
- Stay current with the latest marketing automation trends, AI tools, and CRM innovations to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Manage and optimize Asana (task management tool) to organize marketing projects, coordinate workflows, and ensure seamless collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Flow creation and platform management.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing a marketing automation tool, such as HubSpot (preferred) or an equivalent platform.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations/automation and CRM management.
- Strong understanding of ABM strategies and tools (e.g., 6sense, Terminus) and sales enablement data providers/tools (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Experience with data enrichment processes, database management, and integration best practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, or similar) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
