As we expand our innovative software-defined solutions, we are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of new AI-driven capabilities that will enhance our customers' ability to manage and secure their IoT fleets.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Product Manager to own and define the scope of AI-powered solutions that address key security and operational challenges in IoT fleet management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong expertise in security, and preferably in the IoT market. You will work closely with R&D and data scientists who leverage AI models, machine learning, and AI development technologies for this product. Additional interfaces include customers and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that empower our customers and set us apart in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for cybersecurity offerings, aligning them with company goals and market opportunities.
- Stay informed on emerging security trends, regulations, and threats (e.g., zero trust, cloud security, IoT security, AI-driven threat detection).
- Customer-Centric Approach: Gather and prioritize customer feedback to guide product development, ensuring our security solutions address real-world challenges and provide measurable business value.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Research security technologies and analyze competitor offerings (e.g., ShieldIoT, Watchtower by Aeris, Armis) to ensure our solution is market-leading and aligns with industry trends.
- Lead the integration of AI technologies, focusing on automated threat detection, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and fleet performance optimization, all while ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Roadmap & Priorities: Manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features, regular updates, and alignment with business objectives.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to craft the product’s messaging, positioning, and customer engagement strategy.
- Monitor & Analyze KPIs: Define and track key product and security performance indicators (e.g., remediation time, vulnerability, incident reduction). Monitor security incidents, customer feedback, and product usage to inform ongoing improvements.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with IoT security trends to keep the product at the forefront of technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Cyber Security product management.
- Proven track record in managing Cyber Security products or features.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security trends and technologies.
- Advantage - Experience with defining and integrating AI models for real-time monitoring, threat detection, and performance optimization.
- Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and clear product requirements.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of security principles, threat models & risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response basics.
- Familiarity with security tools & technologies - Network & endpoint security, identity access management, cloud & application security, and data protection.
- Experience with regulation & compliance knowledge.
- Ability to interpret security logs, alerts, and dashboards.
- Experience in using threat modeling in product design.
- Familiarity with security-focused AI applications, including automated threat detection and anomaly monitoring.
