About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to manage and
mentor a global team of SDRs spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This is a hands-on
leadership role where you’ll combine strategy, execution, and innovation, guiding your team
while rolling up your sleeves to help drive results.
Your mission: use AI-powered tools to scale personalization, grow pipeline, and transform
how we engage with prospects worldwide.
What You’ll Do
• Lead with Impact: Inspire, coach, and grow a diverse team of SDRs across global markets,
helping them achieve their goals and exceed expectations.
• AI-Powered ABM: Design and run Account-Based Marketing strategies that leverage AI to
deliver personalization at scale — every contact, every account.
• Grow the Pipeline: Drive qualified opportunities through smart prospecting, inbound
lead management, and innovative outreach methods.
• Be Hands-On: Prospect, qualify, and experiment with new approaches right alongside
your team.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with Sales and Marketing to craft messaging that resonates
in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Continuously Innovate with AI: Use data-driven insights and the latest AI tools to refine
workflows, reporting, and outreach — making the team smarter, faster, and always one step
ahead.
What We’re Looking For
• Self-Managing Leader: Proven experience leading SDR or BDR teams, with the ability to
take ownership, inspire, and motivate while driving results through accountability and
initiative.
• AI or IoT/Telco Expertise: Bring your passion and expertise to floLIVE — whether
through deep knowledge of the IoT/Telecom world or proven mastery of AI tools to drive
personalized, scalable ABM campaigns.
• Sales Development Mastery: Strong track record in outbound prospecting, inbound
qualification, and ABM strategies that generate measurable pipeline growth.
• Global Mindset: Comfortable working across multiple regions, adapting strategies to fit
local dynamics.
• Data-Driven Approach: Skilled at using analytics to track performance, spot
opportunities, and improve processes.
• CRM & Tools Proficiency: Confident with Salesforce, HubSpot, and modern sales
engagement platforms.
• Curiosity & Innovation: Always looking for smarter, more creative ways to engage
prospects and scale results.
