Position Overview:

We are searching for high-energy Account Executives who can work on our existing customer base generating new Opportunities and converting those into new revenues while building long-lasting partnerships. With your extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, you will directly deal with clients, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills. You will be part of our European team reporting to the regional Account Management Director.

Responsibilities

  • Develop solid relationships and grow revenues from our existing customer base. This will also require a fair amount of face to face meeting for which you will have to travel across Europe;
  • Develop a solid business pipeline and meet sales KPIs;
  • Get a clear view on forecasts as well as opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
  • Make sure customers have all they need from flolive to keep growing;
  • Work closely with our Technical Account Managers in order to provide customers with pre-sales and post-sales support;
  • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements;
  • Keep track of sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an account manager within MNOs or MVNOs for a minimum of 5 years;
  • Solid technical background with hands on experience in telecom technologies;
  • Self-driven and target-driven mindset;
  • Strong business orientation and understanding of sales cycles and processes;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with maintaining good relationships with customers;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced company;
  • Willingness to travel.
