About easyplant
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be part of an innovative technology that brings joy into the homes of our customers.The role includes assisting customers across our service channels on a wide variety of topics including pre-sales assistance, plant-care, product guidance, order processing, and more.We are big believers in proactively engaging our customers to ensure they receive world-class customer service.Our ideal candidate is a quick learner who has strong communication and language skills.As part of the role we offer:

Responsibilities:
- Foster easyplant’s customer-obsessed culture and provide world class service via email and chat.
- Provide assistance to customers on topics of plant-care, order processing, pre-sales, and more.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 1 years in a customer facing role
- Native English speaking level or equivalent proficiency - Must
- Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to learn concepts quickly
- Passion for joining a dynamic start-up and work in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience with CRMs & software tools (Intercom, Shopify, Slack) - Advantage
- Ability to work evening EST hours 2-3 times a week
This is a full time, contract role, located in Canada.
