We’re looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join the Finance team and take full ownership on one of our largest business units - working closely with multiple stake holders. You will report to our Head of Bookkeeping & Payroll Controller.

What will you do?

Be the main focal point of all financial processes within the business unit
Manage Service Provider payments via an internal system
Process credit card receipts
Track bank account balance and perform bank reconciliation
Manage accruals, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses
Manage travel reports and reimbursement of personal expenses
Take part of the Finance team daily tasks and processes
Communication with other departments on financial processes
Support in End-Of-Month closing

Who should you be?

Bookkeeper type 3 Certificate
4+ years experience of booking in global high-tech companies
Experience with Netsuite ERP software - Must
Strong verbal and written English
Organized, efficient and detail-oriented
Honest, trustworthy, and a team player
