What you’re applying for
easyplant is the largest online plant seller in the U.S., shipping nearly a million plants a year—and we’re just getting started. With a growing footprint of five manufacturing facilities (soon to be seven), and new launches in Europe and the UK on the horizon, we’re looking for an Operations Program Manager to help us scale smartly and efficiently.
This role is about leading the projects that keep everything running smoothly—from new product launches and capacity expansions to cost-saving initiatives and peak planning. You’ll be at the heart of the action, working closely with teams across the company to make sure our operations grow with the business—without missing a beat.

We’re entering a critical phase of expansion. Your mission is to lead key initiatives that increase capacity, improve efficiency, and drive down costs, while making sure customers continue to get a great experience.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives like new product and market launches (Orchids, Europe), peak planning, and operations-focused development projects.
- Improve core operational metrics—product damage rate, delivery time, cost of goods sold—so that they scale with the business.
- Expand our fulfillment network, managing new facility launches and improving throughput at existing ones.
- Own supplier relationships, identifying and onboarding new partners to meet growing demand.
- Collaborate with internal teams—supply chain, engineering, data, product, dev, and marketing—to make sure ops stays tightly aligned with business priorities.

- Sharp analytical thinking—you use data to uncover problems and guide decisions.
- Bias for action—you move fast, adapt quickly, and take ownership.
- Independent, hands-on, and practical—you roll up your sleeves and do what needs to get done.
Bonus points if you:
- Have worked in a fast-scaling B2C or operations-heavy environment.
- Have experience in global supply chains, manufacturing, or logistics.
