Someone who can identify the next growth engine, challenge conventional wisdom, uncover hidden inefficiencies, and help us make better decisions across product, marketing, operations, pricing, and customer experience.
You'll work directly with leadership on some of the most important questions in the company:
- Where should the next dollar be invested?
- Which opportunities are worth pursuing?
- What is slowing growth?
- What should we stop doing?
- Where is the next $100M of value hiding?
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, finance, and growth. More importantly, it sits at the center of how Mixtiles makes decisions.
What You'll Do
- Find the biggest opportunities for growth, profitability, and efficiency across the business
- Turn complex data into clear recommendations that drive action
- Help shape decisions across product, marketing, pricing, operations, and customer experience
- Build the models and analyses that influence where we invest next
- Challenge assumptions and bring clarity to ambiguous questions
- Connect signals across teams to create a complete view of the business
- Raise the quality of decision-making throughout the company
