The Company
Mixtiles is a $300M profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel.
We build products people didn't know they needed - and now can't imagine living without.
Wall photos. Self-watering plants. Smart lighting.
Millions of customers. Global scale. Fast growth. Built lean.
The Role
At Mixtiles, we believe better decisions compound.
A better attribution model changes where we invest.
Better customer economics change how we grow.
Better measurement unlocks entirely new business models.
As we grow into a group of consumer brands, those decisions become more important - and more complex.
That's why we're hiring this role.
We're looking for someone who can help us build a better business through numbers.
Not by building dashboards.
By helping us answer questions like:
- Where should we invest the next dollar?
- Are we measuring marketing correctly?
- Is our attribution model helping us - or holding us back?
- Which customers are far more valuable than we realize?
- How should multiple brands change the way we think about LTV?
- Should we rethink pricing? Bundles? Subscriptions? Media strategy?
- Where is the next $100M hiding?
You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team on some of the biggest decisions in the company.
What You'll Do
- Own the frameworks behind our biggest business decisions.
- Lead how we measure growth, marketing performance, customer economics and profitability.
- Rethink attribution, incrementality, media measurement and capital allocation.
- Identify growth opportunities across products, brands, pricing and customer behavior.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations to improve decision-making across the company.
- Lead our Business Analytics team, making sure every team has the data, tools and insights they need to make better decisions.
- Turn analysis into action.
Who You Are
You're a business builder who happens to think in numbers.
You have significant experience in performance marketing, growth, strategic finance or another highly quantitative commercial role.
You've made real decisions around CAC, LTV, attribution, incrementality, cohorts, media economics and capital allocation.
You enjoy messy business problems more than clean datasets.
You simplify complexity. You challenge assumptions.
You care about impact- not reports.
Why This Role
The work won't sit in dashboards. It will influence how we allocate hundreds of millions of dollars, how we measure success, where we invest next, and how multiple consumer brands grow together.
If you're excited by using numbers to build businesses - we'd love to meet you.
