We are searching for an experienced and dedicated a System Administrator to join our IT team. A successful System Administrator should have in-depth knowledge of the current and up-and-coming trends in the IT field, people & service oriented, and have experience from a global technological company.

Responsibilities

  • Management, Installation, and Configuration of IT infrastructure (Networking, Security, Storage, and Servers).
  • Provide global IT/Helpdesk Support for company employees.
  • Setup, install and maintain networks and software.
  • Implement IT projects related to Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, and new IT systems (Active Directory,Google Workspace, SSO, MFA, SaaS tools, VPNs, Automations, etc.).
  • Manage user accounts and profiles. Maintain user identity and access control in the company and conduct periodic access reviews.
  • Ongoing support to various development teams and operational needs, including planning and designing applications infrastructure in addition to the company products.
  • Owning the Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
  • Keep up to date on current technology and software solutions.
  • Work with vendors and External consultants.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience as a Help Desk/Sys Admin in a tech company/startup.
  • Experience in supporting End User Equipment (Windows/Mac/linux) and applications (Windows, M365, Internet, Printers, Antivirus).
  • Experience working with Hybrid Microsoft Environments (Azure/ On prem).
  • Experience working with , AD, DHCP, DNS. GPO, Certificates.
  • Knowledge working with management tools (intune, SCCM,).
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge.
  • Knowledge with Fortigate FW, Juniper, Cisco switches.
  • Knowledge in working with Dell/HP Infrastructure, (Servers and Storage).
  • Experience in Vmware Virtualization Products (Vcneter, ESXI).
  • Knowledge of maintaining crucial Production IT infrastructure hardware components.
  • Basic understanding of working/maintaining SQL infra.
  • Knowledge in maintaining backup environments( Arcserve, veem, etc…).
  • Familiar with cloud infrastructure and technology (AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes – Advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). – Advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
  • An ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task.
  • Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
