Sales Engineer

Quali is looking for a Sales Engineer with a passion for supporting field sales in the areas of DevOps value chain and Cloud technologies. This self-starter will work closely with internal and remote teams to showcase the value of Quali’s software solutions to potential customers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing our value framework in collaboration with key customer stakeholders, working alongside both technical teams and Sales Directors.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical presentations and live demonstrations to showcase how Quali’s solutions meet customer needs
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Collaborate with Quali’s sales team, channel partners, and internal departments
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers
- Clearly articulate technical solutions and product positioning to both business and technical stakeholders
- Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use a structured, analytical approach to remove sales obstacles creatively and adaptively
- Stay up to date on telecom, DevOps, software development, and related technologies to maintain industry expertise
- Represent Quali at conferences and networking events, evangelizing our products and services
- Be involved in customer success and technical post-sales activities as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales
- Highly driven and self-motivated to sell and support customer success
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver concise, compelling presentations and demos to all levels of an organization
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following sets of technologies: virtualization (OpenStack, VMWare), cloud (Azure, AWS), networking (Cisco, Juniper, NFV), and operating systems (Linux, Windows), enterprise DevOps, security and performance testing, configuration management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible), CI/CD tools, and eco-system.
Advantages:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
