The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations & Executive Partner; a hybrid role designed for someone who wants to:
- Own the mechanics of modern marketing (campaigns, analytics, events, HubSpot execution).
- Gain rare visibility into senior leadership and board-level operations at a high-growth company.
This is primarily a marketing operations role, but with a unique opportunity to support executive and board coordination. You’ll be central to how Quali markets, executes, and operates.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Operations
- Execute customer communications (newsletters, product updates, partner campaigns).
- Run webinars and events end-to-end, from registration to logistics.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and drive deadlines across teams.
- Manage campaigns in HubSpot: segmentation, workflows, reporting.
- Build dashboards to track funnel health, campaign ROI, and engagement.
- Support sales and partner enablement with up-to-date collateral.
Executive Coordination
- Prepare materials and logistics for board and leadership meetings.
- Coordinate communications and follow-up with stakeholders.
- Partner closely with executives to ensure high-stakes meetings run smoothly.
Operational Tools
- Day-to-day use of HubSpot for campaigns and reporting.
- Administer SharePoint as a hub for board materials and internal content.
- Support collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Confluence).
What You Bring
- 2+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or demand generation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent automation tools).
- Strong written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social, events).
- Confidence producing campaign and performance dashboards.
- Proven track record supporting executive-level deliverables.
- Familiarity with partner marketing or distributed team collaboration.
