Description

Sett builds AI-powered playable ads for some of the biggest game studios in the world. Our agents generate playable ad code — but great playables need a creative brain steering the ship. Today, nobody in our operation owns playable quality end-to-end. You will.

You'll be laser-focused on creative quality — writing briefs, reviewing output, and raising the bar on every playable we ship. You'll lead and manage a team of creative professionals doing the same.

Responsibilities

  • Write detailed creative briefs for playable ad production — translating game DNA, audience insights, and performance data into clear creative direction
  • Review and provide sharp, actionable feedback on briefs from your team
  • Review and provide detailed feedback on playable ads — mechanics, visuals, juice, UX flow — to make them both amazing and high-performing
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals on quality standards
  • Stay informed on creative performance metrics and conduct creative research to guide decisions

Requirements

  • Gaming industry background — non-negotiable. You understand how games are marketed and what makes players convert.
  • Hands-on playable ad experience — you've created, directed, or optimized playable ads. You know what a great one looks and feels like.
  • Strong brief-writing skills — you can translate a game's identity into a clear, actionable creative brief
  • Sharp feedback instincts — you can articulate exactly what's wrong with a playable and exactly how to fix it
  • Creative performance awareness — you understand performance metrics (CTR, IPM) and how creative choices affect them
  • Experience with competitive intelligence / creative research — you've done structured research across the playable landscape
  • UA knowledge — you understand the user acquisition funnel and how creatives fit into it
  • Leadership experience — you've managed or mentored creative talent

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with AI-generated content or AI-assisted creative pipelines
  • Passion for generative AI and how it's reshaping creative production
