Sett is a UA creative performance platform for mobile gaming. We build agentic AI systems that analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from the results. The full creative loop. Automated, and done better than humans only.

Our system doesn't remix templates. It creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses, each one built from real performance signals.

We're looking for a creative expert with deep experience in game design, assets creation and/or video production in the worlds of mobile games marketing, excited to work at the frontier of AI-driven creative production. In this role, you'll be the creative visionary behind the systems that generate our ads — translating your accumulated judgment and expertise into the pipelines, workflows, and frameworks that power autonomous creative production at scale. You won't just evaluate what the system produces; you'll design how it thinks. You'll prototype using modern AI tools and collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to turn creative expertise into production intelligence infrastructure.

• Act as the creative visionary behind the systems that generate our playable and video ads — defining the creative logic, structure, and standards that drive autonomous production
• Design and develop pipelines, workflows, and frameworks that automate and standardize creative quality across the entire production lifecycle
• Translate your creative judgment and experience into structured principles, guidance, and evaluation methods that power the platform
• Prototype new capabilities and workflows using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, SAM, N8N, etc..) and validate them through practical experimentation
• Build frameworks to measure creative and system quality over time
• Work closely with engineers to bring validated improvements into the production system
• Operate at every altitude — architecting high-level creative systems while diving into the smallest production details that define quality

Creative Expert Qualifications

• Creative Production & Craft: Proven, hands-on experience in creative production (e.g., mobile gaming, advertising, animation, film, interactive entertainment) with depth in visual design, art direction, game art, motion graphics, video editing, VFX, or storytelling.
• Ad Effectiveness Expertise: Deep comprehension of the factors driving the success of playable and video advertisements, covering both creative and performance metrics.
• Technical & Tool Fluency: Proficiency with the essential creative production tools specific to your discipline.
• Systems & Automation Experience: Experience designing or building systems, pipelines, or workflows that automate and standardize creative production.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience using modern AI tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code) to build, prototype, or solve real problems.
• Generative AI Experience: Experience working with generative AI tools beyond text (e.g., image, video, or multimodal).
• Portfolio Requirement: A robust portfolio that not only demonstrates high-level craft but also clearly articulates a strong perspective on what defines effective creative output.
