Our system doesn't remix templates. It creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses, each one built from real performance signals.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Operations to become the operational backbone of our Partnership Growth team.

• Own end to end delivery operations (video & playable), from sending assets to tracking completion
• Manage feedback and revision cycles, from client input to final sign off
• Run onboarding execution for new partners, assets, coordination, and launch readiness
• Maintain partner systems and dashboards (Asana / Jira / Monday)
• Ensure speed, accuracy, and high operational standards across all workflows

• Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong execution mindset, get things done, fast and accurately
• Comfortable managing multiple workflows in parallel
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work cross functionally and follow through independently
• High sense of ownership and accountability

Nice to have:

• Experience working with tools like Monday, Asana, Jira, or similar
• Experience in client facing or operations roles
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments
