We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Analyst/Manager to provide Tier 1 support for our global Salesforce (SFDC) users, with a focus on data accuracy, process troubleshooting, and day-to-day sales operations support. This role will be instrumental in maintaining clean, reliable data and ensuring a smooth user experience across our sales systems.

About the Role:

  • Serve as Tier 1 support for worldwide Salesforce users, resolving user-submitted and system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and manage the Salesforce customer data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across accounts, address data, territory management and hierarchy relationships.
  • Perform regular data cleanup and validation activities in Salesforce and related systems to maintain high data integrity.
  • Support sales teams with reporting requests, dashboard maintenance, and basic training on SFDC usage and processes.
  • Maintain and document Salesforce processes, training materials, and help guides for end users.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Customer Success and other cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve more complex system issues.
  • Monitor data integrity and proactively identify opportunities for improving CRM hygiene and usability.
  • Support ad hoc projects related to CRM optimization and sales process improvement.
  • Perform basic Salesforce administrative tasks such as user setup, permission updates, and field/configuration changes as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM/Data Support (Salesforce preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Master data management and CRM data quality standards
  • Experience with sales forecasting process and Tools (MaxIQ, Clari etc.)
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, including salesforce administration, reporting, data entry, and object relationships
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with a customer service mindset
  • Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA preferred) and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus
  • Quote to cash experience is a plus
