About the Role:
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of BigPanda’s AI-driven incident response platform. You’ll join our Runbook Automation team, working at the cutting edge of Agentic AI - using LangGraph, Kubernetes, and LLMs to turn natural-language runbooks into safe, auditable workflows that accelerate incident response.
This team works at the heart of our product strategy, building features that improve reliability for some of the world’s largest enterprises.
What you will do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack features in React and Type Script
- Develop and integrate AI-driven workflows using LangGraph and LLMs
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver user-centric solutions
- Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices
- Drive performance, reliability, and usability improvements across the platform
What skills and experience you’ll bring to BigPanda:
- 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Node.js)
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
