Who is Eleos Health?

Today, more people than ever are speaking publicly about their mental health. Whether it's ourselves, our friends and family or even public figures, taking care of your behavioral health is no longer a taboo, it's vital, and it's only human.

Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.

This is a unique opportunity to join the CTO Office and help shape a new product from the ground up. You’ll work at the earliest stages of discovery and product definition, ensuring quality is embedded from day one. In this role, you won’t just test features, you’ll influence how they are designed, built, and scaled. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, experimental environment where your impact is direct and visible, helping transform innovative ideas into a reliable, production-ready solution that can grow into a strategic product line for the company.

Who are you?
You’re a quality-minded at heart, someone who loves turning rough ideas into reliable, working products.
You’re comfortable testing across different layers of the system backend, frontend, data flows, integrations, APIs, and even infrastructure, whatever is needed to ensure the product is robust and production ready.
You thrive in uncertainty and early stage environments. You know how to test evolving requirements, ask the right questions when things aren’t fully defined, and help shape clarity through quality thinking.
You understand pragmatic trade offs, when to move fast with lightweight validation and when to slow down and build deeper test coverage to ensure long-term stability and scalability.
You enjoy working independently and taking ownership, while staying aligned with the broader engineering organization to ensure quality standards and practices can scale as the product grows.

How will you contribute?

• Design and execute testing including backend logic, APIs, UI and integrations.

  • Balance speed and quality: enable fast experimentation while ensuring core workflows remain reliable and production-ready.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and other R&D pods to clarify edge cases and ensure new capabilities integrate smoothly with existing systems.
  • Take ownership of quality from ideation to release, including test strategy, execution, bugs management, and continuous feedback loops.

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?
