We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join our growing Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering real value to our customers - solving complex challenges, implementing impactful solutions, and helping them see tangible business results within weeks of deployment. You’ll balance customer-facing collaboration with hands-on technical work, driving both engagement and execution across diverse global clients.
What Will You Do:
- Implement Torq for our customers, ensuring a high quality of customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the professional services team and clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their cybersecurity and automation objectives.
- Conduct regular status meetings and progress reviews with clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and enhancements to existing services.
What Should You Bring to the Table:
- 1+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or consulting roles within the cybersecurity space.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, presentation skills, and confidence in explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities while working with multiple strategic opportunities and customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple cybersecurity solutions and experience in implementing SOC applications.
- Experience with Python, Bash, Golang.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP).
